Recruitment Policy

 In order to provide requisite man power at the field level for smooth and effective functioning of the branches as well as to fill the gap created for various reasons, fresh recruitment takes place depending upon the situation.    

Recruitment is made only for the post of Trainee Community Organiser (Tr.CO) with the idea that all the field staffs start their career and acquire full knowledge about the field level operation and remain fully aware about the entire process right from the beginning.

The employees start their job right from grass root level and when they remain in touch with other COs they get the opportunity to share the experience of the seniors and equip themselves accordingly. Since one can prosper and enrich him only with his sincere efforts, the deserving candidates normally try to work honestly for the institution. Hence recruitment is made for the post of Trainee CO only. Subsequently they are promoted in the next tier depending upon their merits based on working results and the experience gathered.
